Position Overview

Sales Assistant will be responsible for driving sales and nurturing a mutually profitable business relationship within an assigned account base by adhering to strategies that support the Lauren Brand

  • Support division weekly sales reporting. Gather, enter and distribute weekly, monthly and seasonal sales figures. Input data for business analysis, i.e. performance tracker.
  • Support the Sales Lead in driving the Macy’s business with a focus on MCOM. Analyze all digital metrics, including sales, conversion, and traffic indicators, to partner with the account specialist and LRL team to develop a comprehensive strategy.
  • Assist with the development of financial plans, with routine analysis of the business by door to maximize sales opportunities (weekly, monthly, seasonally, and annually).
  • Assist in preparation for all management meetings and market appointments.
  • Prepare market materials for showroom appointments. Assist with showroom maintenance prior to and during line opening.
  • Support Account Planning and Merchandising with assortment strategies.
  • Assist in post market order compilation, submission, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain order changes, substitutions, confirmations, and shipping status/order tracking for accounts.
  • Support the Retail Development team to help ensure effective execution of retail merchandising and sales strategy by account.
  • Assist with the development of business plan by account to achieve division sales goals.
  • Manage the Lauren Dress sales sample line. Manage sample requests for marketing and advertising, and assist the digital team with hand-off to the studio for asset creation.

Salary range: $24.04 - $42.79 hourly
