Sales Assistant, Off Price Mens

Who You Are:

You are a collaborative and trend savvy Sales Assistant excited to work on Menswear Off Price team. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment while being able to manage and prioritize multiple projects. You are a detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills who can also work independently as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and own market set up process under guidance of Senior Account Executive
• Pull and send ATS reports to Menswear team on a biweekly basis
• Own the TOP sample process
• Manage account communications and resolve issues in partnership with the customer service
• Facilitate weekly shipping updates and partner with customer service team to make sure open orders are being shipped in a timely manner
• Manage and keep track of any shipment delays
• Establish strong relationships with buyers across major Off Price retailers by maintaining a highly developed understanding of the retailer’s customer base
• Hold bi-weekly touch bases with retail partners to discuss selling, market expectations, etc.
• Utilize confident communication and presentation skills including strong negotiation & persuasion skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly design & production, to communicate account needs
• Work under guidance of Senior Account Executive to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales targets

You’ll Need to Have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience inclusive of internships
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas
