Sales Assistant

CO is seeking a Sales Assistant for the wholesale team. Successful candidates should have a strong analytical background and interest in the luxury business of fashion. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly sales data analysis for major wholesale partners.
• Create sales material for market. This includes creating line sheets on Joor and NuOrder and creating assets for clients who do not travel for market. 
• Assisting in market appointments.
• Facilitating logistics for Paris market as well managing interns and models during market. 
• Assisting with order follow up and reporting.
• Facilitate samples for wholesale product shots and wholesale marketing requests.
• Fulfill required copy templates for all major wholesale partners to ensure the product is accurately described, content is correct and product launches in a timely manner.
• Product Knowledge deck creation when a new collection launches and accompanying sales team to local training.
• Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members.
• Lead client correspondence.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues, including creating return authorizations and credit notes, sharing ATS, etc. 
• Overall wholesale ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fashion wholesale and/or buying experience (including internships).
• Strong knowledge of luxury retail business and markets.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen eyes for detail.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must. Proficiency in Joor, NuOrder and Zedonk is preferred.
