Sales Application Engineer

Position Overview:
To strengthen their team, they are looking for an Application Sales Engineer. This role is integral to their sales team, providing essential support and communication with our customers and field sales team. You will be part of a modern, future-oriented company, working with friendly colleagues in an international setting. You will take on challenging tasks with a high level of personal responsibility, playing a key role in maximizing performance and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process orders, including confirming purchase orders and sending order confirmations.
• Create quotations for customers.
• Capture, maintain, and manage customer and order information in the system.
• Respond to customer inquiries requiring technical assistance.
• Ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries.
• Maintain daily communication and support with customers and the sales team.
• Assist field sales with campaigns and customer acquisition efforts.
• Follow up on order and project statuses.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of inside sales/sales engineering experience.
• Experience in industrial automation or equipment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Windows applications.
• Knowledge of the technical/industrial industry is a plus.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and assist.
• Strong communication skills.
