Home Improvement Express is a professional remodeling and handyman services provider. We currently have two locations, Denver and Northern Colorado, and we will be opening in Colorado Springs (and franchising outside of Colorado) sometime in 2025.
Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Sales and Production Manager. The Sales and Production Manager will be responsible for sales and managing the production process in the Denver location. They will develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and ensure efficient production. The Sales and Production Manager will also collaborate with the company owner and the accounting department. A company vehicle (and fuel and maintenance) will be provided. Compensation will be commission based on the number of craftsmen labor hours billed.
Qualifications
Experience in remodeling / handyman sales
Experience in one or more of the trades
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
Proven track record of achieving sales targets driving company performance and achieving targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel as needed
Clean driving record
