DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
5+ years of saltwater distribution experience
3+ years of professional management and business development experience
Ability to develop new business strategies and drive company growth
Ability to build new business opportunities, particularly in roustabout work, Hydrovac trucking, and hotshot trucking
Team spirit and ability to uphold a positive, energetic work environment
Preferred Criteria
Ability to lead the day-to-day saltwater disposal operations
Knowledge of pressure tests, MITs, and general site maintenance
Willingness to travel throughout the surrounding areas to meet with clients
Energetic and social attitude with a humble, professional demeanor
Leadership and coaching skills
SALES AND OPERATIONS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
