What you’ll do

As we expand our North American Sales and Marketing team, the main focus of the role is working directly with the VP of Business Development with day to day administrative and organisational tasks to do with marketing and sales support. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator also directly supports our Marketing team with some of their sales administrative duties throughout the week, whilst also working with the central marketing team for marketing campaign and activity implementation.


Another aspect of the role is working with our CRM and cleaning the data, coordinating our lead generation software platforms, managing lead allocation, analysing data and performance, producing reports for the Sales Manager and Marketing, as well as continuing to educate staff in using the systems efficiently.


This role is open to other states in the US.


Key responsibilities

  • Responsibility for marketing implementation for FairPlay Network and Q4 AI marketing including social media, events, analytics and preparing sales enablement tools on-the-fly
  • Understanding the FairPlay Network value chain across all assets and assist in knitting the story together
  • Working with designers to deliver social media content around product news and communications in general
  • Gathering feedback from all sales teams on the products and working in collaboration with Product Owners as products are ideated, updated, and shipped
  • Contributing to regular product communications so that our clients and sales teams are always up to date
  • Reviewing usage analytics and data to understand where the products are succeeding or not
  • Regularly update customer notes in HubSpot
  • Organising meeting follow-ups, sit in on meetings if required and even manage regular comms with customers


Your Skillset:

  • 2+ years experience in marketing in a B2B SAAS environment
  • Previous experience in the Sports Betting or Sports Technology Industry
  • Previously used HubSpot, Slack, Google Meets, Outlook, Teams, JIRA
  • Be driven, self-motivated and hungry for success
  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing, high growth tech environment
  • Provide a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Possess a strong desire and ambition to help generate revenue for the business
  • Exhibit a strong phone/virtual presence with superior communication and oratory presentation skills
  • Maintain a flexible attitude and demonstrated ability, as well as a willingness to go above and beyond the job description to achieve success
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote work environment
  • Outstanding organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
