Join our dynamic team as a Sales & Intake Success Coach at My Legal Academy in a full-time W-2 position. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to help clients refine and optimize their sales and intake processes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the program, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximize their success.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct marketing audits for new members and identify traffic sources.
- Consolidate leads into our CRM and streamline the intake process.
- Provide personalized coaching through audit calls, 1:1 sessions, and group coaching calls.
- Assist clients in setting up their CRM and integrating all traffic sources.
- Identify gaps in clients' current marketing strategies and provide actionable steps to improve.
- Understand and evaluate clients' intake processes and personnel involvement.
- Ensure clients are tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, CPR, CTR, and CPA.
- Offer hands-on support to address challenges and ensure seamless integration of program methods.
- Lead regular 1:1 and group coaching sessions, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients through various channels.
- Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement within the program.
- Maintain detailed records of coaching sessions, client progress, and feedback.
- Contribute to individual high-ticket program sales as needed, with a focus on generating new business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and intake processes, preferably within the legal industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their goals and improve their business operations.
