Join our dynamic team as a Sales & Intake Success Coach at My Legal Academy in a full-time W-2 position. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to help clients refine and optimize their sales and intake processes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the program, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximize their success.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct marketing audits for new members and identify traffic sources.
  • Consolidate leads into our CRM and streamline the intake process.
  • Provide personalized coaching through audit calls, 1:1 sessions, and group coaching calls.
  • Assist clients in setting up their CRM and integrating all traffic sources.
  • Identify gaps in clients' current marketing strategies and provide actionable steps to improve.
  • Understand and evaluate clients' intake processes and personnel involvement.
  • Ensure clients are tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, CPR, CTR, and CPA.
  • Offer hands-on support to address challenges and ensure seamless integration of program methods.
  • Lead regular 1:1 and group coaching sessions, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients through various channels.
  • Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement within the program.
  • Maintain detailed records of coaching sessions, client progress, and feedback.
  • Contribute to individual high-ticket program sales as needed, with a focus on generating new business.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and intake processes, preferably within the legal industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for helping clients achieve their goals and improve their business operations.
