Position Summary:
As a Sales Instruction & Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales training programs. This role involves designing training sessions on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights to empower sales teams. You will oversee education-onboarding for new sales hires and analyze sales metrics to optimize training effectiveness, ensuring salespeople are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to engage effectively with customers and drive business growth.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential
Office Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales training programs for salespeople to effectively discuss products and engage with potential customers.
Design and deliver training sessions covering company products, business practices, industry context, competitive information, and other relevant topics.
Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the sales team.
Monitor and report on sales metrics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives.
Conduct skill gap analysis and needs assessments to guide the development and implementation of new training programs.
As a part of normal business operations, employees in this role may access and/or modify electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in a manner compliant with requirements set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2-4 years' experience in developing and executing training programs in a fast-based environment
A track record of working successfully as a member of a team and taking initiative to own individual projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
