Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for analytics supporting growth initiatives and operations across Proton’s Sales and Operations organizations. This is a high impact role requiring an extremely analytical individual who is excited to take on key responsibilities, including:


·        Insight generation - Drive insights on sales team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and share key findings with business leaders

·        Forecasting - Model future sales performance leveraging both predictive analytics and collaboration with sales leaders

·        Sales territory management - Oversee the assignment and balancing of customer accounts across the Account Management organization

·        Dynamic opportunities – Learn as you go and find a way to make a unique impact. We are an agile team always excited for new ways to improve


A Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications

·        3-6 years of experience in an analytical role or recent degree in an analytical field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science, economics, math) - other majors will also be considered

·        Top-notch analytical skills and ability to draw insight and meaning out of data

·        Experience working in Microsoft Excel

·        Enthusiasm for making a difference and rolling up your sleeves to see things through


This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of three days per week from one of our US offices.


The US base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $93,500 + annual bonus + benefits.
