Sales Admin Manager

Remote - must reside in EDT or CDT time zone

8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday

$45k + eligible for bonus

The Opportunity:

As a Sales Admin and manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Management team with daily administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of our clients and internal process. You will accurately enter travel placements into Bullhorn by uploading client confirmations and margin calculators for placement approval. You will be responsible for accurately managing change requests including start dates, drops, terminations, and attributions. You will also be responsible for other sales assistants.

Other key responsibilities include:

o Sending regular reports

o Tracking and managing candidates on assignment

o Assisting with logging placements

o Completing payroll spreadsheets

o Managing team of other sales assistants

What You Bring:

o 3+ years of experience in a similar role within staffing, ideally within Healthcare staffing

o Experience managing a small team

o Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced, driven environment

o Excellent attention to detail, communication, and sense of urgency
