Key Responsibilities
Manage fire system subcontracting and tracking efficiently.
Handle freight logistics and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
Coordinate office supplies and schedule customer visits.
Organize Lunch & Learn sessions for continuous learning.
Assist in managing service inquiries and emergency situations.
Support with submittals and provide general sales assistance.
Maintain contact databases and utilize CRM tools effectively.
Personal Attributes
Thrive in independent work scenarios with minimal supervision.
Excel in multitasking within a bustling work environment.
Collaborate effectively as a team player.
Required Skills
Preferably possess an Associate's degree in Business or relevant administrative experience.
Proficient in computer operations with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with MAC systems is advantageous.
Knowledge of subcontracting and construction industry practices is a plus.
