Sales Administrative Assistant

📋 Role Impact:
As a Sales Administrative Assistant, your efforts will directly enhance our client’s operational efficiency and sales effectiveness, contributing significantly to their strategic goals.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update CRM software (HubSpot and ZoomInfo), ensuring data is current and priorities are addressed.
- Use CRM tools and LinkedIn to data-mine for potential business opportunities, focusing on priority and prospective clients.
- Assist the Executive Vice President with strategic planning activities, including data analysis and targeting future clients in the life sciences sector.
- Develop and produce necessary reports and Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
🏆 Candidate Profile:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years of sales administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot and ZoomInfo are essential.
- Personal Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven to maximize efficiency. Strong communication skills and a team player mentality are crucial.
