Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Charlotte, NC region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and building customer accounts within the local Asian sales channels. As a brand ambassador, you will represent our company while fostering existing relationships and cultivating new ones. Your dedication to exceptional customer service, coupled with your strategic approach to account management, will drive our success in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing and cultivate new customer accounts within the food industry, including wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors in the Charlotte area.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing sales support, marketing materials, inventory management, and ensuring timely product delivery.
Act as a representative of our organization in sales and branding efforts within the Charlotte community.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and participate in weekly sales meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/account management with a strong focus on customer service.
At least 2 years of experience in the food service, FMCG, or food industry.
Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
