Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with retail and distribution partners, primarily in the Natural Channel, via in-person meetings, video calls, and industry events, ensuring that mutual objectives are achieved
  • Provide account-specific insights and knowledge to inform demand planning forecasts, promo plans, trade marketing plans
  • Meet with buyers on a regular basis, setting the agenda, developing presentations and collateral materials to guide the discussion
  • Work with Marketing Manager on demo, display, and ad coordination and execution
  • Submit promo paperwork to retailers and distributors and maintain external product database platforms (i.e. 1WorldSync)


Capabilities & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in sales at a small to medium-sized CPG company
  • Experience in the Natural Channel
  • Great people and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized
  • Strong initiative and self-starter
  • Action and results-oriented
  • Resourceful, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • A strong sense of hands-on ownership and urgency in all matters related to the health of the business
  • Analytical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to roll up sleeves to get things done
  • Must be excited about travel and meeting with buyers and other business partners in person
  • A driver’s license and a clean driving record
