Bellway SuperFiber+ is a category innovator in the world of gut health. Launched in 2020, this better-for-you organic fiber brand has achieved considerable market share – and we’re just getting started. We’re looking for an energetic sales + trade marketing manager to improve our presence in the 6,000+ doors where we sell.
What you’ll do
Grow revenue through account/distributor relationship management, promotional planning with distributors and retailers, analyzation of data reports & internal sales management
Coordinate submission of price lists, new item set up, price changes, certifications, and any item updates
Communicate with leadership, sales team, brokers and accounts, and provide needed information as well as working cross functionally to ensure accuracy: Product images, Price lists, Sell sheets, Customer promotional plans, Distributor promotional plans, Sales samples, Submit promotional plans
Ensure reports, promotional calendar, current distributor inventory, and other reports are up to date
Pull and send out sales reports from distributors to all brokers and internal sales team
Update Distributor Inventory counts monthly
Point of contact and accountable for success of all field merchandising teams
Ensure all promos are run at retail level where coverage is available
Requirements
Four years experience in sales or trade marketing at a CPG brand
Bachelor’s Degree (or at least 4 years of experience) in Internal Sales, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail/Distributor Account Management, or Data Management
Exceptional communication and organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and GSuite applications
Ability to analyze & navigate data and discover & prevent any potential problem
Able to work autonomously as well as on a team
Honest, transparent and solution oriented

Able to maintain deadlines
