Responsibilities: Teaching kids and adults how to sail in Cape Cod Mercury 15' sailboats.

Requirements: Sailing experience and some weekend availability is required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. You must be friendly, outgoing, dynamic, and engaging. Instructor certification and CPR is desirable but not required.

Starting Pay for Instructors: $16.50-25/hour + tips based on experience

Salary: $16.50 - $25 per hour
