Job Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 technical support for software products and SaaS applications via phone and email.
Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues by collaborating with internal development teams.
Efficiently manage workload, meeting service standards, and objectives consistently.
Proactively engage in enhancing customer experience, ensuring timely responses to all requests.
Support team members with their caseload to foster a collaborative environment.
Skills And Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant technical support experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive team-player attitude.
Proficiency in planning, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining service standards.
Degree or diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
