Main Responsibilities:

We are looking for an extremely motivated individual, extremely passionate about the business of Running. This person would manage, inspire and grow the account base in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.


The ideal candidate, will manage e in charge of the following activities:

  • Incubation and management of Run Specialty accounts in the outlined territory.
  • Determine retail partner needs and work on plans to exceed expectations.
  • Plan and lead in-store events for retail staff/management to build passion and knowledge for Diadora.
  • Meet and exceed seasonal sales goals and targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
  • Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
  • Regularly meet with sales supervisor to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, status and prospective customers.
  • Complete weekly recaps of appointments and plan future meetings with active and potential customers.


Key Requirements:

  • Ability to travel in territory every week.
  • Previous experience in the market will be preferred.
  • Strong computing and operation skills, especially Excel.
  • Proven customer results.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Practiced analytical skills and problem solving oriented.
  • Positive, proactive and flexible attitude.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills; team–work oriented.
  • Responsibility to learn and proficiently use the company’s systems on a daily basis.
  • Ability to travel for national, and occasional international events.
