The person in this position is responsible for the safety and well-being of City swimming pool patrons. We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and focused individuals who enjoy working with people of diverse ages and backgrounds, who can work independently and as part of a team, and who have the maturity to think and act quickly, problem solve, and perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional, helpful, and poised demeanor. Rove-Lifeguards will assist lifeguards, and learn the basic daily operations and procedures, monitoring patrons from in water and poolside only.
Qualifications
Lifeguards need to be certified with American Red Cross Certificate indicating Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED for the professional Rescuer.
Minimum age requirement is 15 years, Monday-Sunday 11:30-8:30pm. Hours may vary.
