Job Description:
We are currently seeking driven and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives in Florida. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our roofing services to homeowners throughout the state.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and generating leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
Conducting thorough inspections and assessments of roofs to identify damage and recommend solutions
Providing homeowners with detailed estimates and proposals for roofing repairs or replacements
Educating customers on the benefits of our roofing materials and services
Negotiating contracts and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and industry trends is a plus but not required
