Opening with our client for a Robotics Automation Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement control systems for robotic cells and other industrial processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Program and troubleshoot Rockwell PLC and HMI systems to ensure seamless integration with robotic automation solutions.
  • Develop and optimize robotic programs for Fanuc Robots to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct testing and validation of robotic automation systems to ensure performance meets specifications.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders on robotic automation technologies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in robotics automation to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in robotics automation, with expertise in designing control systems for robotic cells and industrial processes.
  • Proficiency in Rockwell PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in programming Fanuc Robots
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize robotic automation solutions for efficiency and performance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to innovation and continuous learning in the field of robotics automation.
  • Able to travel as needed up to 15%
