What it's like to be a RN Supervisor at JGS LIFECARE

As a new RN Supervisor at our Longmeadow facility, you can expect to lead the evening shift from 3 pm to 11 pm with energy and dedication. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing nursing staff, coordinating resident care plans, and ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations. You will provide mentorship and support to the team while promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
