The responsibilities/Task for this Position

  • Audits EMR daily for completion of Assessments
  • Assist with Admission/Discharges
  • Monitor lab orders/results
  • Collaborates with Pharmacy and Physician about orders
  • Work Closely with Front Line Staff
  • Develops close relationships with residents to ensure their needs are met
  • Works closely with IDT team
  • Attend Care Plan meetings with family/residents
