As a Risk & Sales Operations Analyst your essential job functions will include the following:
Predictive Analytics, Risk Analysis and Sales Optimization
Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to develop strategies for risk management, increasing revenue and creating accurate forecasting.
Leverage PowerBI, SSRS, and Snowflake to analyze historical risk, claims, and sales data.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can create predictive models.
Utilize intellectual curiosity to find and act on opportunities.
Provide actionable recommendations based on analysis and predictive insights.
Apply a data-first approach to problem-solving, ensuring decisions are grounded in data analysis.
Reporting and Metrics:
Assemble and distribute operational reports, emphasizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain and audit critical risk, claims, and sales data using appropriate IT systems.
Summarize key information and findings from multiple sources.
Design and automate reporting tools, including dashboards.
Serve as the internal point of contact for ad hoc information requests.
Process Improvement and Implementation
Participate in developing and piloting risk management and sales processes.
Collaborate with management and sales staff to pursue performance improvement opportunities.
Clearly outline options and recommended courses of action.
Facilitate group meetings and coordinate feedback.

Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience (or an advanced degree with 1-3 years) in an operations/analytical role
3+ years in the automotive field with an understanding of Vehicle Protection Services a plus
Proficiency in PowerBI (or other data visualization tools) and Snowflake
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
Strong project management skills
Effective communication of technical concepts
Intellectual curiosity
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with programming languages for statistics and automation (R or Python) is a plus.
Familiarity with data-access languages (SQL, SOQL)
Familiarity with SSRS and SSIS
Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
