In this role, you will be pivotal in providing our RevOps services to a portfolio of 8-10+ clients at a time, primarily utilizing HubSpot. Your mission will be to orchestrate and enhance our clients’ revenue operations, ensuring the seamless interplay and alignment across all revenue-generating functions. Job Summary

In this role, you will be pivotal in providing our RevOps services to a portfolio of 8-10+ clients at a time, primarily utilizing HubSpot. Your mission will be to orchestrate and enhance our clients’ revenue operations, ensuring the seamless interplay and alignment across all revenue-generating functions. This position is ideal for those who excel in transforming operational efficiency, propelling growth, and amplifying customer satisfaction for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Designs and implements effective RevOps strategies tailored to client needs, facilitating seamless operations and improved data integration across marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Expertly manages and optimizes the use of HubSpot and other CRM/marketing automation platforms to achieve client goals.
- Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) for each client, ensuring operational excellence and identifying growth opportunities.
- Fosters strong relationships with clients through regular communication, anticipating their needs, aligning on strategies, sharing insights, and driving forward growth initiatives.
- Continues to look for areas to drive value for the client through meeting revenue goals, KPIs, and providing general expertise and support.
- Conducts comprehensive data analysis to guide strategic decisions and enhance client outcomes continuously.
- Champions the adoption and optimization of new technologies and systems that elevate RevOps and client success.
- Delivers expert training and support to clients on leveraging HubSpot and other platforms to their full potential.
- Keeps a pulse on digital marketing and RevOps trends to maintain Rocket55’s position as an industry leader.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in a Professional Services delivery role (functional, technical, or project/program management).
- Demonstrable experience in revenue operations, especially within a service or agency setting providing RevOps solutions.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, including CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub.
- Ability to break down large and complex projects and problems into manageable solutions while guiding the client through the process.
- Experience creating and executing strategies for omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client projects simultaneously, with a commitment to excellence.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using data analysis and reporting tools to drive decision-making.
- Advanced HubSpot certifications.
- Prior success in delivering RevOps services that have significantly improved client operational efficiency, revenue growth, and satisfaction.
- Job experience in Marketing Operations and/or Sales Operations
- Experience with additional CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
