Revenue Manager

Revenue Manager - Atlanta, GA

Tilray Beer Brands is currently seeking a talented Revenue Manager to aid in the pricing activities of our US Beverage Alcohol portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Director of Business Development and collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and our wholesale partners. Your primary focus will be developing and implementing a comprehensive 360 pricing process. You will also collaborate with Vermont Information Processing (VIP) to help transition Tilray's price structure to Price 2.0, ensuring a seamless integration. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining price integrity, enhancing market competitiveness, and optimizing internal margins. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our pricing strategies and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Work alongside leadership & sales team to establish pricing structure for all wholesale partners which meet both internal and external expectations.
  • Manage Pricing Analyst team.
  • Integrate acquired brand pricing into Tilray pricing systems.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive 360 price process for the internal sales team to follow.
  • Build and communicate price letters with internal sales team and/or wholesale partners.
  • Maintain tax list across beverage alcohol categories.
  • Input wholesaler pricing into Tilray’s internal ERP system
  • Streamline all pricing and promotion functions to maximize profit margin.
  • VIP Price promotion 2.0 installment.
  • Troubleshoot with wholesalers to resolve any price discrepancies.
  • Work alongside chain team to communicate and manage retail promotional calendar.
  • Analyze wholesaler price to retail and make proper adjustments to internal pricing.
  • Analyze internal pricing to ensure Tilray pricing is set to maximize profitability.
  • Provide any necessary ad-hoc pricing/revenue management support.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in beverage alcohol price support
  • Previous experience working with VIP’s revenue management system, Price 2.0
  • Keen attention to detail and organization a must
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced organization.
  • Highly Proficient in Excel
  • Familiar with and comfortable utilizing Vermont Information Processing (VIP)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Exemplary Math skills
  • Someone who can juggle multiple projects under tight constraints and continuously meet deadlines.
