We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Revenue Growth Management Analyst. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting our sales teams across various channels, including Mass, Club, Dollar, Discount, and E-commerce, by providing invaluable assistance in pricing and trade optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Insightful Support: Deliver actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making, collaborating closely with key stakeholders across all business units. Your passion for data analysis and business acumen will be instrumental in shaping our strategies.
Partnership and Presentation: Work hand-in-hand with sales teams to propose and present incremental funding requests, fostering alignment between business units and sales strategies.
Reporting and Visualization: Develop user-friendly reports and dashboards to enhance visibility into performance metrics, utilizing both internal and external data sources, including syndicated POS data.
Additional Duties
Promoting Adoption: Support the integration and utilization of insights and reporting tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for streamlining processes and improving reporting mechanisms, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of Danone's business processes and product portfolio, becoming a trusted ambassador for business success.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of work experience, with a preference for candidates with CPG experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau, along with experience in handling sales and trade data.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, curious, and collaborative individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with SQL and an understanding of retailer and manufacturer financials.

Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Availability: Ability to work remotely and occasional travel as needed.

Compensation: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
