Robert Half is partnering with a boutique Financial Services group here in Charlotte, NC looking to add a Retirement Specialist to their team.


Responsibilities include:

  • Administration of New and Existing Retirement business
  • Providing client services
  • Maintaining workflows
  • Scheduling and conducting enrollment meetings
  • Conducting and assisting with Fiduciary Review Meetings
  • Build Industry Relationships and Knowledge
  • Work with the internal team to drive additional business and provide excellent service to clientele


Qualifications:

  • Previous Administrative of Investment background in the Financial Services/Financial Planning space
  • 3+ years of Financial Services experience, preferably in retirement planning/services
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration or related a plus
  • Personable, good communication skills
  • FI360 software experience a plus
