About Us

We are a leading financial services provider dedicated to helping individuals achieve their retirement goals. We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Retirement Plan Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in retirement plan administration while working alongside a supportive team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of daily plan administration, including processing contributions, loans, distributions, hardship withdrawals, and QDROs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Conduct nondiscrimination testing and offer strategic solutions to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize plan performance.
  • Prepare accurate Forms 5500 and other regulatory filings in a timely manner.
  • Research and resolve operational and compliance issues, providing clear explanations and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to address and resolve outstanding issues effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retirement plan regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; ASPPA credentials preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional follow-up support.
  • In-depth understanding of retirement plan administration and IRS tax rules.
  • Ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Pension Pro experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
