Position: Retirement Plan Advisor
As a Retirement Plan Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in helping individuals plan their financial future and build a healthy retirement. You'll work closely with individuals utilizing Empower as their retirement provider through their employer. Your strategic thinking will drive business results as you lead impactful conversations and maintain service level agreements.
Location: Greater Green Bay Area (Hybrid)
Note: This role requires some in-person interaction within the territory.
Responsibilities
Cultivate strategic partnerships with key contacts and agencies within the assigned territory.
Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews, individual meetings, and group presentations to improve retirement outcomes.
Develop a dynamic business plan and strategy to maximize participant impact.
Utilize thoughtful analytics to address diverse needs and challenges.
Document interactions in Salesforce and ensure compliance with enrollment guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance effectiveness and meet service level agreements.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of related experience.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Current FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations (Series 65 strongly preferred).
Reliable personal transportation for territory coverage (mileage reimbursement provided).
Strong relationship-building and territory management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with retirement planning/financial planning software.
Ability to work independently and think strategically.
Proficiency in public speaking.
Familiarity with defined contribution business and ERISA.

Salary Range
$69,400.00 - $98,050.00 (Base Salary)
