Retail Store Manager

• Oversee and assist in the hiring, training, evaluating, and managing of both our Tribeca and Amagansett store employees.
• Manage all updates and training related to the 180 the Store Handbook & company operational standards/ practices
• Ensure all operational policies and procedures are kept up to date.
• Ensure that daily and monthly sales goals are met.
• Conduct weekly store meetings with sales staff and thorough product training seminars.
• Promote and monitor quality service among the sales team through training and acting as a positive role model.
• Develop and maintain a store client book
• Ensure that the sales team receives appropriate customer service and engagement training.
• Maintain employee attitude and morale by recognizing outstanding performance and service.
• Motivate and develop sales staff in order to encourage their professional development.
• Identify and implement strategies to retain and develop existing and new clients.
• Assist in organizing and managing in-store events and work closely with the in-house PR department to secure press coverage.
• Regularly analyze P&L statements and sales trends, monitor inventory, and achieve monthly sales goals.
• Manage and monitor stock levels to minimize inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory is maintained at an optimum level to maximize sell-thru.
• Work with the local community and organizations to establish a strong network.

Must have 4-5 years luxury retail experience.
