Responsibilities
Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
Communicates direction for Retail Pharmacy processes to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors, and ensures methods align with organizational goals and objectives to improve health and promote well-being.
Provides age appropriate pharmaceutical care and patient information to the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric customers of ARH.
Takes an active role in responding to prescription issues and advising providers on the selection, dosage, interaction and side effects of medications.
Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.
Manages operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
Integrates the organization's mission, vision, and core values of improving health and promoting well-being with the strategies and goals of the Retail Pharmacy team.
Qualifications
Master's Degree
10+ years
Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
Working knowledge of business intelligence.
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills.
Working knowledge of digital literacy skills.
Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
