We are seeking the talents of a Retail Operations Manager North America (M/F) to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane's journey. The position is based in our US Headquarters in Los Angeles.
Your Priority Will Be To Ensure The Best Customer Experience Possible, Through Excellence In Execution And Optimization Of Retail Operations. Your Main Missions Will Be The Following
- Ensure the transmission of instructions & processes from FR headquarters to the US store network
- Provide local support to all teams and during the opening/closing of US pop-ups
- Onboarding of new stockists in our stores
- Enforce stock management & front office processes + provide training on tools & equipment used by teams
- Local support for global transformation projects (RFID, Anti-theft devices, etc.)
- Ensure that US Operations KPIs are met (stock accuracy, % mobile payment, etc.)
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar operations function within the retail industry;
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, to be able to transversally manage back of house teams in permanent and pop-up locations
- Mobility to travel frequently to different store locations across the US;
- Exceptional organizational skills and rigor;
- With an enthusiastic and positive temperament, you are driven by teamwork;
- You are stimulated by an entrepreneurial, fast evolving environment, where you can have direct impact;
- You enjoy working in an international environment and speak English fluently. French or additional languages are a plus.
