The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in strategizing, creating and executing projects and programs that drive growth and profitability in our stores. This position will continue to develop effective communication, workload planning and project management to achieve operational excellence across stores.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner cross functionally to support the streamlining of retail communications between the corporate office and retail stores
Send formatted communication twice weekly
Manage inventory movement, discrepancies, and reconciliations
Perform routine store audits both in person and virtual
Mange the creation and implementation of standard operations procedures (SOPs)
Assist the new store opening process by managing vendor relationships and account setup, supply, and technology orders
Manage policy and procedure to ensure updates are maintained and communicated
Oversee technology initiatives and rollouts within stores while managing updates on the corporate side
Escalate day to day technology issues in stores
Evaluate operations in stores on a regular basis to make process improvements or simplification recommendations to reduce workload and ensure standards are met
Oversee stores supplies including rolling projections and monthly supply orders
Own all store related production issues and requests
Manage and execute all R&M requests from store staff
Oversee organization and formatting of monthly recaps and newsletter
Oversee creation of store directives and contest posters
Assist with physical inventories two times per year
Organize team workshops inclusive of General Managers Conference and various retail functions
Responsible for one direct report: Retail Operations Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years relevant experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in excel and power point
Communicates effectively and professionally
Self-starter, team oriented and creative thinker
Ability to multitask and work independently
POS experience a plus
The base salary range for this role is between $85,000 and $100,000. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications. The base salary is just one component of our total compensation offerings, which consist of a comprehensive benefits package as well as a short-term incentive program, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
