Benefits
We are committed to recognizing performance with an annual base salary range of $52,000 to $58,000 based on experience and location revenue. Our compensation structure includes a base salary complemented by incentives ranging 15% - 20% of salary, to reward those who achieve goals consistently.

Job Responsibilities
Create daily/monthly goals for the center and its associates.
Mastering the Guest Service Associate role and leading by example.
Supervise, motivate, discipline, and coach associates in the moment, and as needed.
Conduct all Strut Team Meetings and prepare activities or resources.
Celebrate positive associate performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
Handle all guest issues that arise in a timely manner and be solution oriented.
Complete weekly associate schedules and manage time off requests.
Maintain proper inventory levels and submit orders in a timely manner.
Prepare and cross check payroll reports.
Interview, hire, and train new associates as needed.
Takes ownership and accountability for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover.
Maintain and uphold EWCG culture within the center.
Follow all EWCG policies and procedures and always provide an exceptional guest experience.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear.
Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time.
