Who We’re Looking For - Reporting to the VP, Retail, we are looking for a Retail Coordinator to meticulously maintain accurate records of retail projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are carefully documented and organized. Also, the Retail Coordinator will be responsible for helping create visually appealing presentations for retail initiatives, compiling relevant information and materials to support Retails goals.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of retail projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Organize and update project documents, contracts, and agreements
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and policies
- Assist in creating visually appealing presentations for retail initiatives, sales meetings, and business reviews
- Compile data, graphs, and other relevant materials to support presentations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for presentations
- Provide administrative assistance to the VP, Retail and other team members as needed
- Support the Retail team in coordinating projects, initiatives and communicating project updates and timelines to team members.
- Collect, organize, and analyze retail data and generate reports and summaries to track retail performance metrics
- Maintain positive relationships with retail partners through effective communication and support
- Other duties as required
- 4+ years of experience in retail or administrative support in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management software and CRM systems is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively convey information and ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Willingness to work collaboratively with team members and across departments
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team-oriented setting
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs
- Open to learning new processes and technologies
- Demonstrates professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
- Exhibits a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization
