Role Description

This is a full time role for a Consultant at our Coconut Grove, FL location. The Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering product recommendations, demonstrating product usage, and assisting customers with their skincare needs. The Consultant will also be responsible for maintaining store inventory, merchandising, and assisting with store operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of skincare and beauty products
• Experience in retail sales
• Ability to provide personalized product recommendations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and aesthetic sense
• Passion for sustainability and ethical practices
• Previous experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
