Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Branch Services Representative to join our team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial industry and a passion for providing exceptional service to our members. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including handling transactions, addressing member inquiries, and promoting our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to all Members, volunteers, and internal and external partners.
• Actively participate in branch, departmental, and organizational meetings.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of Member and organization information by following established policies and procedures.
• Communicate information effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Perform teller transactions efficiently and routinely reconcile all cash entities.
• Address Member inquiries, concerns, and feedback with accurate and helpful responses.
• Recommend and cross-sell appropriate products and services to meet Members' financial needs.
• Collect and verify necessary information from Members to complete membership and loan applications/funding, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain and update files for various account types and Member profiles.
• Assist in the execution of operational audits.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in banking, credit union, or a similar financial services environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial software systems.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work 4 weekdays including Saturdays from 9am-3pm
