Retail and Wholesale Logistics Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

• Process seasonal orders and re-orders for Retail, Outlet and E-Commerce.
• Process transfers from E-commerce to FP stores.
• Process bulk and on hand requests.
• Create customized pick tickets based on priorities received.
• Process orders and re-orders for Wholesale Sales team, create allocations, pick tickets, and follow up during process to ensure that orders are fulfilled.
• Perform EDI activities such as POs split & related functions as it pertains to UPC creation for new season products, NRF color code & size maintenance.
• Process files and paperwork (pick tickets, splitting of bulk quantities for pick ticket creation, invoice creation, etc) for daily shipments from the 3PL warehouse.
• Participate in cross training activities and various departmental functions during peak season

You’ll Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of logistics experience within the fashion industry.
• Strong PC Skills (all Microsoft Office applications)
• Proficient in excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
