About the role:

 

As Retail and Wholesale account manager you are the lead salesperson for Dose for these channels. You will report to Head of Retail operations. Responsible for building quality relationships with our customers and distributors that drive value for all parties. You will manage all existing accounts implementing trading strategies to drive profitable growth, you will lead our efforts to bring in new successful customers and accounts that deliver high velocities. Key to this role will be using SPINS and other data to support internal strategy reviews, investor relations and customer accounts. The ideal candidate would have a large network and experience working in the natural channel as well as experience of MULO accounts. 

 

Skills/Expertise:

  • Retail customer management
  • KeHe/UNFI systems and customer management.
  • Evaluation and implementation of retail trade strategies.
  • Retail and wholesale P&L management.
  • Category Management using aggregated data. Analyze market and business performance. 
  • Relationship Management.
  • Impactful presentation development and delivery.
  • Forecasting future sales and profit performance.
  • Strategic thinking, able to interpret and lead on the business agenda.
  • Collaborative communication and working as part of a team. Working with supply chain and marketing on retail plans to deliver high quality execution.
  • Ability to communicate written and verbally in a professional manner with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts.
  • Great attention to detail, highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, problem solve and prioritize with an awareness of importance and deadlines

 

Preferred experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Account management across natural channel
  • CPG or Broker experience.
