We are looking for individuals that want to be a part of a lean, entrepreneurial and fast-pace team, but also want to kick it once the day ends. We are looking for a Retail and Community Manager that can oversee daily activities across retail operations, retail marketing and its integration with our digital efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage operations leading up to store openings; Such as store design, inventory management, staffing, onboarding, managing vendors and on-site store setup
Manage day to day retail operations, and act as the main point of contact for all retail team members; merchandising, HR, store organization, product storytelling, store procedures, team roles and any relevant team-wide updates
Teach the team how to sell products on a retail level. Everything from building relationships, clienteling and merchandising. Introduce formal training programs, and calendars thereafter
Work in the store on select days each week and act as a key representative of the Brunch brand (includes working select weekends throughout the year)
Contribute to the development of a robust retail marketing strategy, including the continued concepts of marketing initiatives surrounding the store for year-round marketing
Lead concept and execution for all retail events/activations
Lead and manage the reporting of store performance, and its correlation with retail marketing initiatives; including EOD reports, monthly sales reports and so on
Take a leading role in the development of gifting as a channel for growth, including overall strategy, outreach, packaging, execution and reporting thereafter
Foster member relationships, drives community engagement, and identifies opportunities to further expand on brand loyalty.
Manage relationships with key partners on a continued basis – Includes managing social media and relationship follow up
Work with our marketing team to develop and execute a Brand Ambassador Program, that helps build micro-communities that resonate with the Brunch brand
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business or related field
Experienced (3+ years) leader; preferably has operated in an early stage, entrepreneurial company
Familiarity with all business functions including Finance, Fulfillment, CX
Exceptionally organized. Able to multitask and prioritize, highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
Must have exceptional computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
Collaborator who values integrity, innovation, respect and excellence.
Willing to travel and work weekends as needed
