Retail Account Executive/Program Manager - Remote | WFH

Job Title: Senior Program Manager/Account Executive

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to leverage relationships and drive account growth through exceptional delivery leadership. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between operational and strategic account management, aligning with our portfolio strategy and account plans.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive account growth strategy, including playbook creation, sales pipeline management, and building a targeted relationship plan.
  • Leading and developing cross-functional teams to ensure impactful business outcomes and delivery excellence. Meeting regularly with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction, resolving critical issues, and promptly escalating risks affecting client relationships or trust.
  • Establishing and nurturing collaborative partnerships with client stakeholders, including Executives and Key Decision Makers.
  • Driving the account growth strategy with a focus on operational processes.
  • Coaching Account Management talent (Senior AMs, AMs) and delivery consultants to actively develop relationships within their sphere of influence and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Proactively identifying and driving new opportunities to serve client needs. Leading and executing proposal and SOW efforts, while introducing new or additional service offerings and capabilities.
  • Taking ownership for the development of AM talent into Senior AMs through proactive mentoring, coaching, skills development, and aligning with the AM career path expectations.
  • Seeking and developing relationships with client stakeholders by immersing in client culture and community events.
  • Overseeing Account Management team activities to ensure appropriate operational processes and practices are executed.
  • Growing industry acumen through research, published content, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of proven account management or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline and grow client revenue.
  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management role, with experience leading delivery across technology projects/programs.
  • Relevant industry experience is preferred, including verticals such as CPG, food & beverage, hospitality, automotive, and apparel.
  • Consulting industry experience supporting industry clients is ideal.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex consulting engagements.
  • Experience leading teams through complex technology solution sales cycles.
  • Experience building relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess client needs, identify gaps, and design optimal solutions.
  • Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills for complex technical/business problems.
  • Advocacy for digital accessibility and inclusive design in all projects and client interactions.
