We are seeking a Fine Dining Hospitality Manager to help lead our service team and daily operations at our high volume location.

What You'll Do:
Lead daily operations, including ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation, alongside managing guest relations, business flow, and service standards.
Oversee all restaurant areas during business hours, engaging in various roles throughout the dining period.
Coach and recognize team members.
Interact with guests to build relationships, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Participate in manager meetings, crew meetings, and Manager-in-Training sessions.
Essential Skills:
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
Comprehensive menu understanding, leadership abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional guest service skills.
Financial acumen, adaptability, resilience, and knowledge of health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
2+ years of full-service fine dining management experience.
Demonstrated stability in previous positions.
