LoLa 42, part of a well-established New England restaurant group known for LoLa 41 on Nantucket Island, is looking for dedicated Front of House Managers for our location in Boston, MA. Grow your career in a fast-paced environment and help expand our clientele to build the restaurant’s brand and reputation.


Responsibilities:


• Train and supervise staff

• Coordinate weekly staff schedules

• Prepare weekly payroll paperwork

• Oversee and manage the restaurant floor during operating hours

• Handle guest management and engagement

• Open and close the restaurant following company procedures during designated shifts

• Maintain high standards of service

• Adhere to company policies for handling cash, property, products, and equipment

• Prepare monthly inventory reports and order supplies as needed


Qualifications:


• Minimum of 1+ years of restaurant management experience

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in relevant technology

• Demonstrated leadership abilities

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Strong time management skills and punctuality


Successful candidates will be able to multi-task, delegate effectively, and solve problems efficiently. While a college degree is preferred, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. We believe in providing thorough training and the right tools to ensure employee success.
