Responsibilities:
• Train and supervise staff
• Coordinate weekly staff schedules
• Prepare weekly payroll paperwork
• Oversee and manage the restaurant floor during operating hours
• Handle guest management and engagement
• Open and close the restaurant following company procedures during designated shifts
• Maintain high standards of service
• Adhere to company policies for handling cash, property, products, and equipment
• Prepare monthly inventory reports and order supplies as needed
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1+ years of restaurant management experience
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in relevant technology
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills and punctuality
Successful candidates will be able to multi-task, delegate effectively, and solve problems efficiently. While a college degree is preferred, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. We believe in providing thorough training and the right tools to ensure employee success.
