A successful RestaurantGeneralManager and will have 5+ years experience managing high-volume restaurants (200 - 300 covers) in an upscale and Steakhouse food focused environment. You are passionate about food and look forward to engaging the local community to procure the highest quality product to create unforgettable experiences (for team-members & guests). The GM will promote staff development and champion a positive experience while also effectively communicate to get the job done. What You'll Do:

Be the Solution: Oversee all facets of the restaurant, resolving any challenges that arise by maintaining effective communication with team-members and the community.
Requirements
Flexibility: Your schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holidays) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation. In general, you can anticipate working 50 to 55 hours a week.
