Overview: Join the vibrant team at Hawaii Poke Bowl in Maple Grove, MN, as a Crew Member/Prep Cook! We're seeking individuals who are passionate about fresh, tasty, and healthy food, and who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
Prepare and assemble food items daily according to standardized recipes in accordance with projected daily sales.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing cleaning tasks and following sanitization procedures.
Prep tables, Bar line, prep sinks, floors, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, walls, storage areas
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations, and clean environment
Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers and team members.
Basic knowledge of all items, ingredients, and procedures
Supportive to Team members
Requirements:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and able to lift 50 lbs.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Previous restaurant experience preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
Experience with cash handling and POS systems is advantageous but not necessary.
