Job Responsibilities:
Manage assigned staff in accordance with hotel policies, assist in on-going training, supervision and evaluation of the Restaurant staff
Maintain current knowledge of Restaurant business trends and cost-effective management
Conduct pre-meal meetings with staff, including daily specials, reservation information and projected business
Ensure smooth operation of all outlets by circulating regularly
Assist with Server and Bartender duties as needed
Requirements:
Two years supervisory experience in Restaurant/Bar operation preferred
Must be able to work a varying schedule including nights and week-ends
Possession of certificate showing satisfactory completion of course on “Tips” or other similar hospitality industry course or ability to pass such course within six months of employment
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
