Food & Beverage Director Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role at a large-scale property
Experience with annual sales volume of $17M+
Enthusiastic attitude and positive work ethic
Strong understanding of finances
Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities
Oversee multiple dining outlets and the banquet and catering department
Interact with guests to ensure an exceptional experience
Work daily in a hands-on capacity
